Victorian Valentine’s Day For Girl Scout Troops

Join us for a Valentine themed program including learning to dance the Virginia Reel, make a Valentine for the birds, practice woodblock printing on your own Valentine card, and tour the historic house. Along the way you’ll learn the history of Valentine’s Day, hear some sweet stories of Travellers Rest, and engage in some of the customs that made this holiday a favorite in Victorian times.

Two sessions:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

$10 per scout – Includes all activities and a light snack.

Scout – Troop Leader – Free
Parent Chaperones - $5
